How do I customize my golf balls?
Simply click on the " Customization " tab in the Menu to view all the customization steps on video.
How many balls per box?
Each box contains 12 golf balls.
How do I choose my golf balls?
Depending on your club speed, ball trajectory and desired feel, there's bound to be a ball just right for you! To choose, you'll need to consult the " Fitting " tables on our website.
Is it possible to make returns?
Your personalized balls cannot be returned, as they will be unusable. On the other hand, if the problem is related to the transport with a damaged parcel, it will be necessary to send the photographs so that we validate it.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to mainland France, Corsica and Belgium.
What are the delivery times?
Production times are between 1 and 2 working days, and delivery times are 48 hours with Colissimo and 24 hours with Chronopost in mainland France and Corsica. Delivery to Belgium generally takes a little longer.
Is it possible to get a refund on personalized golf balls?
As with returns, refunds are only possible if the parcel is damaged or if there is a problem with the personalization.
Is it possible to get a quote?
Yes, we do provide quotations for orders over 12 boxes at lower prices than those shown on the website. You can call us directly or send us an e-mail.
