How can I personalize my golf balls?

How many balls are there per box?

Each box contains 12 golf balls.

How do I choose my golf balls?

Depending on your club speed, ball trajectory , and desired feel, there's bound to be a ball made for you! To choose, you'll need to consult the ball fitting charts on our website.

Is it possible to make returns?

Your personalized balls cannot be returned as they will be unusable. However, if the problem is related to shipping and the package was damaged, you will need to send us photos for our review.

What destinations do you deliver to?

For now, we deliver to mainland France, Corsica and Belgium.

What are the delivery times?

Production times are between 1 and 2 business days, and delivery takes 48 hours with Colissimo and 24 hours with Chronopost in mainland France and Corsica. Delivery to Belgium generally takes a little longer.

Is it possible to get a refund for personalized golf balls?

As with returns, refunds are only possible if the package is damaged or if there is a problem with the personalization.

Is it possible to get a quote?
